A very nice stay at River hotel, 5 minutes walking from the main station. Nice receptionist, very good breakfast and very efficiently served. The mattress was too soft (but this is my personal preference). - m
We spent 8 enjoyable nights at the River Hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and the free parking and free breakfast were great, as was the service and the honesty minibar. The hotel is a pleasant 15 minute walk from town centre, or even better, a beautiful 20 minute walk along the Thames path beside the river. The staff were very friendly and really helpful. In a nutshell, we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended. - David K
Lovely place to stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The garden had beautiful flowers in it...right off the River Thames. Easy access to the Riverwalk. About 5 minutes to the Oxford train station, and none of the places we wanted to visit were more than 20 minutes walk away. Many less than 20. Thank you for a great stay! - Colleen
